Strawberry Apple Spinach Salad
Serving size 1
Fill your lunch bowl with Spinach. Fresh and organic.
Cut 3 strawberries into wedges.
Core 1 apple. (whatever kind your little heart desires…or is in that fruit bowl on the counter) Take 1/4 a dice with peel on….fiber y’all.
1 heapin be-jeapin tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp Chia seeds for Fiber, Omegas, Manganese, Magnesium, and Protein (just a wee bit!)
5 Raw almonds- Chopped!
1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted
1 tbsp Fig Muscat Jam
Melt oil. Mix in Jam and Vinegar.
Dress Salad and Enjoy!
